I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lamp - it seems to be real brass, not that cheap looking “brass finish” that everything seems to have these days. It is a beautiful genuine brass color and already has a slight patina that I think will age beautifully. I tried to capture the finish in the photos. The assembly was quick but really sturdy. It’s a really beautiful, high quality, well made lamp and I’m so glad I didn’t settle for a cheaper one which I almost did. This was definitely worth the price.. Lauren. Bought 2 of these and I'm very pleased with them They were packaged very well and both in perfect condition when they arrived. Delivery took only a couple days! These lamps look EXACTLY as depicted. Starfall is a classically proportioned five-pointed double star. To call this a "novelty" floor lamp does not do it justice. This is a top quality lamp in every respect. It is heavy, well made, and it looks awesome. Even the packaging it came in was top-notch.
