Tiébélé, in Burkina Faso, is an African one-of-a-kind village with unique and stunning painted mud houses. They decorate their homes by painting intricate designs on the exterior walls of their houses, using colored mud and chalk. While the building of the home is done by the men, the painting is the woman’s job. The houses are ornamented with incredibly precise and delicate folklore patterns. This incredible jacquard is inspired by Africa and this very ancient practice, resulting in a geometric, heavy fabric suitable both for indoor and outdoor use.

She went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier College and a Master of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles. After completing her education, Beverly Fuller spent the next year traveling all across the United States, soaking up inspiration that launched her into a creative journey of becoming a painter. Currently, she resides in Northern California with her husband and two daughters. Every other month, Beverly travels back down to her hometown of Los Angeles to immerse herself in the artistic community and to find her next muse.
