Bob Hunt, formerly a graphic designer, now dedicates himself to painting. Despite having a formal education in art and design, Hunt credits his growth as a painter to experimentation and the act of painting itself. He has focused on abstract/non-objective and abstract landscape painting for almost thirty years. For Hunt, the physicality of painting and the emergence of subconscious imagery are the most intriguing aspects of the process. Although he seeks to validate his relationship with these images, they remain elusive and often destroyed in his struggle to articulate them. Hunt's artistic journey is a continuous emotional and intellectual battle. Transform your space with this archival digital print on canvas. Each piece is stretched on wood bars, hand embellished with impasto-like texture, and arrives complete with convenient D-rings for easy hanging.

This piece is attractive and serves the purpose by adding color and interest to the room. I ordered the largest size, but felt the price was a little high, given that it is an embellished print and has no frame.. Karen. New York, NY. 2024-08-18 15:27:34

Looks just like my dog. Mary. Manasquan, NJ. 2024-08-12 19:46:15
An organic and instinctual painter, Artist Sarah Stockstill’s process relies on a foundation of several layers of texture that is applied and sanded back to get a smooth surface that lets her most immediate marks shine on the surface. Responding to color and forms, she follows as led. Sometimes into a deep horizon with traces of landscape, an organic jungle of pattern, a human figure, and every now and then an animal with an ethereal mystique. Sometimes the layering is broad, covering the entire canvas, and sometimes it is minute, focusing and embellishing a possible overlooked element of the painting which in turn becomes the center of interest. Most always layers are created and taken away, leaving small traces whose threads become more important for doing so.
I absolutely love this artwork. It's abstract and very interesting. The colors are soothing and works perfectly in my She-Shed. Love it!!!. Deloris. Wesley Chapel, FL. 2024-06-17 14:07:05
