Today I used it for the first time and made an omelette with oatmeal and banana. I used a little oil, but it still stuck a bit. Still, I loved the experience, and I think next time it will turn out better.

Was looking for a new fry pan with even heating, well made construction—and nontoxic surface. This fabulous fry pan from Caraway is perfect— and built to last. Looking forward to adding more pots & pans soon!

I tried oil and butter and heated it up as directed but everything sticks to this pan. I just wanted a small pan for eggs and unfortunately this isn't it. Wish I kept the box as I would have returned it. Waste of money.

We love this pan. Easy to cook with and stays looking nice! Also pretty easy to clean.
