Inspired by the Belleville buffet, this storage cabinet is the perfect compliment. Although it is a substantial piece it has a lightness and humor that makes it very usable.
The Bywater three-tier console uses a patchwork of acacia wood for the tier tops and looks very much like an old parquet floor. This console works marvelously well in living rooms and maybe even a garden room. It's really very attractive!
Fabulous piece with exceptional texture.. Jeremy. TN. 2019-06-23 16:28:07
The Dalkeith table is a masterstroke in carving. The hand-carved oak base, fluted, chiseled, and sanded, supports the amusing top with curled edges and inset with white Carrara marble. I would love to use this in a foyer or a loggia.
Striking table for entryway. Style is classic with a twist.. Marjorie. TX. 2020-06-03 10:45:53
My Alnwick bureau has been moved so many times and been used in so many different decorative schemes that I struggle to remember exactly when it came into our house. The exaggerated cornice and the beautifully rubbed back white exterior help frame the pretty blue interior with its balustrade and its little drawers. Not only is this bureau extremely handsome, but it is also madly useful as a place for storage.
William Yeoward Solid Wood End Table is probably one of the first pieces I ever bought for my house! This table works in almost every situation; by the bed, by the sofa, by the chair, and as a great lamp table next to my library chimneypiece. Shown here in grey fruitwood with the drawer lined in our signature polka dot, the William Yeoward Solid Wood End Table really looks the part.
Very heavy and well done piece as you would expect from the price point. Love the extra detail within the drawer. Looks great against my dark wall. Denise. Galloway, NJ. 2023-04-12 15:26:48
The table is just so useful. We had the original, smaller version, in our nursery as children and used to take breakfast off it with our nanny. The use of a crown-cut oak top has given it a wonderfully organic and rather timeless feel. Once I had seen the original sample I decided we must make it in two sizes.
The Bickerton commode with its extraordinary and much-admired bronze hardware was inspired by an English 18th-century chest in the painted Swedish genre. This bow-fronted piece with its polka dot drawer lining is a classic in its own time. Use it in an entry or a bedroom or even as a pair, each side of a chimneypiece in a drawing.
Bellingham double bench constructed of acacia and finished in country gray with a fine rush seat is perfect at the foot of a bed. Taken from a family piece, this bench, and the single version have many uses. Great in front of the sofa and also in the hall or even on a landing.
The Lacock dining table, which I have taken from a table with a small occasional base, happily seats ten. Its scroll foot and book-matched veneered top, finished in washed oak with touches of gilt, makes it the enviable combination of smart and grand, but not traditional.
The Stratford console table blends casual elegance with intricate craftsmanship. Featuring tramp-style carvings that add a touch of artisanal detail, this table features a grayed oak finish for a relaxed, airy feel. Its light, versatile design complements a variety of interiors, making it the perfect addition for living spaces seeking a balance of style and subtle sophistication.
The Bodiam bench constructed of oak with a grayed oak finish is perfect at the end of a bed, as a coffee table in a casual living room, or smart in a hall to put your hat on. I do.
