House of Hackney
Bring the magic of the forest into your home with Plantasia. That is except for a solitary queen, hiding amongst the forest - can you spot her? New York is "the city that never sleeps". Frank Sinatra sang about the fascination of the American metropolis. Around Central Park, artists, bankers, fashion victims, and visionaries populate the imposing skyline. And yet: at some point, even the most active minds want to put their heads in soft pillows in a chic loft ambience so that they can start again the next day. Hohenberger Wallcoverings brings the quiet moments of the metropolis into your home. American loft feeling. Loft feeling for creative people: structures and colors from Manhattan are reminiscent of stones and rough plaster but are anything but rough. Manhattan combines elegantly shiny and matt elements on this non-woven wallpaper from the collection.
Painted with watercolor wildflowers against a ground of color, the much-loved Artemis motif returns to its roots in nature. Inspired by our hero, the celebrated 19th-century designer William Morris (whose work, like ours, was often a stylized depiction of British wildness), this print also pays homage to iconic Vogue editor Diana Vreeland Garden in hell room, which too unfurled with psychedelic blooms. Each roll sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square meters of forest, thanks to our partnership with the World Land Trust the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.
Artfully hand-painted in watercolor, 'Zeus' depicts an idyllic river scene with elegant cranes and majestic weeping willows against a dramatic carob backdrop. Greek and Roman mythology often portrayed the dance of cranes as a celebration of life, and this wallpaper is sure to bring a sense of joy to your home. Our wallpaper is produced using PVC-free, eco-friendly materials and promises minimal environmental impact at every stage of production. Named after a ski resort village in western Austria’s Paznaun Valley, Ischgl sees a host of athletic skiers swoop across this wallpaper, which is simple in its execution yet bursting with energy. With the wind in their faces, they swish, turn, and glide, leaping and jumping down the snow-capped mountain.
Reminiscent of the lush color and luminous cheerfulness found in Gustav Klimt’s paintings of flower gardens, Hollyhocks was created especially for House of Hackney by American artist Kerry Simmons, based on her work of the same name. Repainted in a rich colorway, the print captures all the pastoral purity and romance of “cottage-core”, while our punk spirit is embedded in the print’s riot of flowers. Channel the spirit of the Scottish Highlands with our take on iconic tartan plaid. A simple yet personality-rich design composed of tonal stripes built up in layers summons the depths of color usually achieved when multiple shades are woven in wool, as is tradition. The supersized nature of the checks simplifies and modernizes the age-old pattern, which comes in a palette both accented with flashes of or a neutral nude shade with detailing.
The House of Scalamandre
Imagine resting your eyes on a harmonious room of clematis and honeysuckle, a well-balanced pattern that calms the mind.
Raphael is one of our most popular printed wallpapers. The pattern gives you treetops in a wide range of color combinations. The inspiration for this pattern was partly taken from central park in new york – a leafy park surrounded by glass-and-concrete skyscrapers and beautiful contrast to the bustling city. The pattern is also inspired by antique tapestries, where stylized leaves are often shown in fields of light and shade. Design: daniel långelid

In the Victorian language of flowers, the wildflower symbolises joy; What better way to bring the joyful optimism of an English country garden into your interiors than with the painterly meadow that is Floribunda?
