Mara Dolinskaia was a ballerina at the Mariinsky Opera and Ballet Theatre, in St. Petersburg. She is also designer Katya Bosky’s grandmother and was the inspiration for this set, which pays homage to the classical ballet stars from the 1920s. In a continuous movement full of life, color, and creativity, the designer portrays scenic elements and the wardrobe of that time.
