This graceful vine of exotic flowers and berries is a simplified, modern interpretation of a classic palampore or tree of life design. Its embroidery–like appearance is created through jacquard weaved quality known as a tissue-pick, which uses an extra layer of silky viscose weft fibers to create a detailed and raised pattern across the face. The floating weft is painstakingly clipped away on the backside, creating a fabric that is perfect for elegant draperies or light upholstery applications. Colorations are soft and clear, all accented with warm white for a crisp update on a traditional design.
