In our first collaboration, acclaimed interior designers Mara Miller and Jesse Carrier and third-generation art house Soicher Marin present Open Studio, five collections that reflect Carrier and Company’s own sensibility and love of art. Jesse and Mara reflected on many of the show-stopping and impactful art pieces that we’ve selected for projects throughout the years as inspiration for this first collection with Soicher Marin. The Open Studio collection celebrates the artist at work and the magical transformations that occur when paint meets canvas. Sleek Italian style meets American scale in our Chevron Armchairs and Side Chairs. As their name implies, each chair features a chevron patterned primavera veneer on both sides of its back. All Chevron Chairs are available in our Brunette, Argento, and Lino Bianco finishes. The Brunette finish variant is upholstered using our performance-treated Lusso Sand color linen texture fabric. As with all of our chairs, Chevron Armchairs ship fully assembled from our factory. In addition, our Chevron Arm Chairs are tested to a static load capacity of 400 lbs.

Tempting touch. The perfect mix of the decadence of and the madness of Dali. Crafty, couture, and exotic, this is the wall art that reminds your guests they're in the presence of an eccentric glamourpuss. We collaborated with an artisanal workshop in India where a master beader imbued our clean graphic designs with craftsmanship and soul. Each artwork is hand-beaded on linen ground and takes nearly 100 hours to create. Beads of varying heights and patterns within patterns create a sense of depth and dimension. The result is part pop art, part textile triumph.
Crescent is a collection of low-slung modernist barrel chairs, which are available in stationary and adjustable desk chair formats. I purchased two of these open box gorgeous chairs. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing an open box since it was not returnable but was elated when it arrived in pristine condition. I loved it so much I decided to buy another open box chair and again thrilled when it arrived nearly pristine, with only a very tiny scratch in a inconspicuous area that easily disappeared after applying a furniture scratch pen.
