I am disappointed with the quality of the linens and the customer service. I ordered the blue ines duvet and two shams in king sizes. First, the duvet and the shams are all of a different dye lot and do not match. Second, Perigold sent me one king sham and one standard size sham. Once woven, this linen is procured by our vendor, whose workmanship is second to none. Great care is taken in the tailoring, embroidery, and detailing of these collections. And as with everything else we carry, these special pieces are always pre-shrunk and soft-washed for easy care.
The quality is excellent. I ordered the cream color and received "Natural," a taupe color. The "Natural" color is the darker duvet in the picture.
