I am disappointed with the quality of the linens and the customer service. I ordered the blue ines duvet and two shams in king sizes. First, the duvet and the shams are all of a different dye lot and do not match. Second, Perigold sent me one king sham and one standard size sham. The figurine itself is lovely. However, it came without the signature Maitland Smith label of authenticity. I've tried to reach out to Perigold to ask about this but there's been no response.
