The actual cabinet is great. We had to put sliders under the legs to move it and then kept them there because the legs are so pointy they might put permanent dents in the carpet, given the weight of the cabinet and its contents. Delivery was bad! My husband looked inside the delivery truck and the cabinet (with glass and mirror) was in a box UPSIDE DOWN (there was an "UP" arrow on the box) and tilted at a 45 degree angle. It could have easily been secured to the side of the truck with existing straps, but WAS NOT SECURED at all. It was a MIRACLE the piece was not damaged in transit. The way the one!! man used to carry the box into the house - he could have easily injured himself. These delivery men need training on how to secure and carry large, heavy boxes! My husband is 6'5". If he was shorter I have no idea how he would have assembled the 7' cabinet. He had to lay the box flat on the floor from it being vertical, by himself, open it, do some assembly and then lift the 7' cabinet from lying flat on the floor to being vertical. He's in great shape for his age (69) but I honestly think most people would need assistance to assembly and position the cabinet.. Judy. Germantown, MD. 2023-04-17 14:54:37
