The artist, Richard Ryder, developed an affinity towards art at an early age where he took every opportunity to incorporate art into his assignments. During his early years, while attending elementary school, he would doodle on the blank side of envelopes or any discarded paper. This drove his passion to pursue taking studio art courses while in high school & continued that pursuit through to four-year formal art education. As an artist that is heavily influenced by graphic design, Art Deco, and traditional animation, Richard aims to capture the beauty in whichever subject he is painting. He focuses on ways to exploit the basic elements of art to create a satisfying and cohesive design. As an artist, Richard seeks to improve and challenge himself. He states that “With the internet, I am constantly inspired by art either in the fine art or commercial field. It is this exposure that leads me to constantly explore different mediums and styles."

Hampton + Dunes is a design studio specializing in organic beach living and casual luxury. Using a combination of nature-inspired palettes, quality furnishings with rich varied textures, and artisan-made pieces, they create effortless layered interiors with dimension and soul. In 2017, after years of sourcing artwork for countless interiors from outside sources, Hampton + Dunes creative director Michelle Mancuso decided to launch the brand’s exclusive art collection that would perfectly complement their clients’ homes. She called on her longtime friend and gifted photographer Christina Bohn to bring her vision to life. With Michelle as director and Christina as photographer, the two friends conceived, shot, and produced the brand’s first collection of fine art photography. Featuring soft neutrals and dreamy water tones, the seascapes and natural imagery in the collection are moody, and modern and serve as a timeless addition to any interior.

After spending long periods of time studying different techniques, D’Alessandro's art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900s. During D’Alessandro’s studies, he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture, and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces. He also painted family, friends, and gardens. He has done commissioned work for a variety of clients in music, publishing, and editorial. His work has been exhibited in numerous private and public collections.

Artist Sonia Noir was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. She honed her basic skills using graphic programs and painting in her college art class. Sonia majored in graphic design. After completing her education, she worked with a company making manuals for a short time where she developed art digitally. This brought forth her passion for creating digital art and develop her illustrator skills. Drawing inspiration from nature, fashion, and architecture, Sonia enjoys expressing thoughts and emotions through her work. She especially focuses on color combinations. Sonia’s preferred mediums are watercolor, acrylic, colored pencils, and digital editing. In her free time, she enjoys playing the classical guitar and learning different languages. Sonia relishes immersing herself in the artistic community of Los Angeles to find her next muse.

I was born in the Foothills of California, a small town called Tuolumne, fairly close to Yosemite National Park. I studied textile design and oil painting. I studied at a local community college back home and at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise. Art has a lot of meaning for me. It’s a way of communicating, expressing myself, and connecting myself to my thoughts and others. I find inspiration mainly from nature and emotions. I like to use all mediums, but my favorites are oil, acrylic, and watercolor. I enjoy being outdoors, playing music, painting, singing, writing, and being with friends.
