Beautiful. Came boxed and so well packed!! Gorgeous back detail so that it can sit in middle of room. The leg color was a concern when I ordered as they looked silver. But when it arrived the color blends well with cream tile floor. The color seems to be a mix of gold and silver. The seat cushion is firm. I was happy to see that they had included cushion clips in back and on sides to hold the single large seat cushion in place. This sofa is a heirloom piece to pass down.. Analene. A finely carved and gilt Neo-classical sofa, the gently undulating rectangular padded back and arms with turned, fluted and leaf carved uprights above a Greek key frieze on turned legs. The original Regency, circa 1800.

Custom designed by George Sellers, our Channel Back sofa is distinguished by deep channels of stitched, 100% polyester, Silversmith fabric around the back support. A beautiful wooden base supports the sofa and is accentuated along the bottom edge with a filet of solid brass running around the entire frame of the sofa. Elegant shapely legs and frame are finished in a dark waxed oiled walnut finish. Another distinct characteristic of this sofa is the arching back shape, as elegant and visually beautiful from the front or from a back view.
