NOTE: The black shield behind the faucet in the pics is something I just placed there temporarily to protect the drywall until the backsplash is installed. I purchased this sink on sale for $620 which is AMAZING when you compare to some of the basic Delta brand faucets that retail for $500+. I just recently installed this single handle faucet and I must say that so far it appears to be of high quality. compared to my last one it does not have as many internal o-rings which should result in less future maintenance. Just installed this faucet a few days ago so I can't comment on long-term performance. It is very attractive and so far works very well -- smooth operation, good mixing, no drips. My only complaint is the very inadequate installation instructions, which are completely missing Step 3 out of 4! I looked but couldn't find any instructions or videos online. Beautiful to look at and great quality. The cons are: way to tall but that’s my fault I should of paid closer attention to dimensions. The pull down sprayer is the problem. It is really short?? It it hard to wash out sink because of the length of hose and it it stiff . I feel like I’m fighting with it and losing. I wonder ( hopefully) if I received a defective faucet?
