The veneers are selected to give the best wood grain effects when illuminated and all have been sourced from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council - FSC. Nothing comes close to the beauty of these veneers as a diffusion material and no other veneer treatment gives the strength and the protection to the material without sacrificing the delicacy and subtleness that this natural material communicates when illuminated. Photographic reproductions of the veneer cannot be taken as a guideline to the actual color. Wood is a natural material, and gradual changes in tone may occur over time. Furthermore, if the lamps have been purchased at different times, there will be differences in color and tone, particularly in the light-colored veneers.

The delicate floor lamp gains intrigue with a gently arching iron base. Its petite sizing makes it the perfect reading lamp for smaller spaces.
Beautiful lamp! Due to space restrictions, I was unable to put an end tablestandard lamp at one end of my sofa. Not wanting to use a standard reading lamp, the Gabby 53 inch height fit the bill. This is my second Gabby light fixture they do not disappoint.. Robert. US. 2023-04-03 13:24:27

Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni in 2006, the Ray F floor lamp updates a classic shape to give it a decidedly contemporary edge. The steel tube structure of this modern floor lamp is welded, brushed, and chrome-plated, and its diffuser support disk is die-cast, polished, and chrome-plated with Zamak alloy. The lamp has a resistive dimmer wired on the cord, offering a 0-100% lighting adjustment. The power cord is a black PVC/PVC (flat) sheath. With a black and white finish, diffusers are lathe-shaped aluminum and painted white on the inside. The gray glass diffuser is hand-blown, overlaid glass with a glossy external finish. The inspiration behind the design: Offering a fresh perspective on an iconic shape, Rudolfo Dordoni designed his modern drum diffuser to resemble a lighthouse. "The stand that supports the light source is an elementary structure", he says. "It is the part lighthouse, part power pylon". Note This lamp ships with a halogen bulb and is compatible with optional LED bulbs.
In conceiving Cortina, designer Pablo Pardo sought to create a light that would assert its presence but seamlessly complement a variety of surroundings. What he built is a stoic, sculptural luminaire that emits a seductive light through its transparent and diffused surfaces. Cortina’s monolithic form factor creates a noble light that mimics its architectural surroundings. Fluidly dimmable, the piece is comprised of a clear acrylic shade and a translucent fabric diffuser to shield the upward-facing light source.
