NOTE: The black shield behind the faucet in the pics is something I just placed there temporarily to protect the drywall until the backsplash is installed. I purchased this sink on sale for $620 which is AMAZING when you compare to some of the basic Delta brand faucets that retail for $500+. I just recently installed this single handle faucet and I must say that so far it appears to be of high quality. compared to my last one it does not have as many internal o-rings which should result in less future maintenance. Just installed this faucet a few days ago so I can't comment on long-term performance. It is very attractive and so far works very well -- smooth operation, good mixing, no drips. My only complaint is the very inadequate installation instructions, which are completely missing Step 3 out of 4! I looked but couldn't find any instructions or videos online.
