I waited and waited until this table was on sale. GREAT purchase. Our previous table was a glass top 55". I wanted something a little larger and something that was a true transitional piece that looked both a little modern (the table top) and traditional (the brass pedestal). This table looks substantial and makes a statement without being overpowering. I would add that the table top is more a muslim/linen color (warm) than off white (cool). Delivery team was very timely, polite and efficient; they put the table together in just a few minutes, cleaned up the packaging and were off.
