It’s an aesthetically pretty piece, but I question the craftsmanship. It seems like everything these days is glorified junk. Pros: Easy to assemble. Took my husband 10 minutes since the drawer comes already assembled. Drawer functions well. It looks good and is heavy. Delivery was well orchestrated. Cons: Came out of box damaged. It was well packaged so I think this happened when it was originally packaged and not during delivery. It’s on the back so not worth returning since you can’t see it (see pics). For $400 after tax, I expect more especially from the brand Hooker which is known for quality or at least it used to be. It’s being used as a nightstand in my daughter’s room.
