The lamp itself is beautiful! However, the shade that arrived with it is not the shade pictured on the website. I called Customer Service and explained the problem . At first I was offered a discount to keep the lamp as is. When I explained that I wanted the shade as pictured when I ordered the lamp, your representative FINALLY agreed to send the correct shade. Annoyingly, when the “new” shade arrived, it was the same shade I already had. I now have 2 shades I don’t want. This was my first purchase from Perigold, and it was very disappointing.
