This bed is lovely, well-made and everything I hoped it would be. I’m very happy with it. However, beware of the White Glove Delivery service. I’m NOT happy with the “white glove” delivery service that brought it to my home. The driver was surly, didn’t follow parking instructions creating a problem for others in my building and had “words” with our building manager. After they left, I discovered several faint but visible dirty hand marks on the headboard where they gripped it to place the bed. The headboard is WHITE, creating a problem for me now to solve. Overall, frustrating and disappointing experience. I reported this to Perigold in the follow up email asking about the delivery and have not heard a word.. Janine.
