D’Alessandro Léon was the youngest of three brothers. When art competitions were a form of play for the brothers, it later grew to his obsession. D’Alessandro attended the Art Institute of California where he explored mixing mediums as well as digital. He also attended illustration, Sculpting, and Fine Art workshops. After spending long periods of time studying different techniques, D’Alessandro’s art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900s. During D’Alessandro’s studies, he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture, and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces.

This piece was just what I imagined. I placed it over my bathtub!. Carol. Round Lake, NY. 2020-11-19 12:33:42
The sun rises on a shadowy morning as light reflects off the water at dawn in this misty landscape.
The art piece is stunning. It is beyond expectation! The frame had some slight corner damage not at all related to delivery, that team Omar and Diego were fantastic, in time and very professional. The frame would not have been my choice in the area which I hung it. I believe it takes away from the beauty of the art and or possibly just not my taste. I would have loved to choose my frame. I am keeping it because I love it, and will figure out the frame issue which was resolved to my satisfaction with Perigold.. Kelly. CA. 2024-01-31 21:34:38
