Starfall is a classically proportioned five-pointed double star. Gathered at a high waist of the lamp, five slender, tapered arms extend up as if reaching for the sky while five tapered legs splay downward, appearing to float just above a tabletop or floor. Slight and delicately crafted from metal, this lamp appears weightless and defies its media of steel sheeting. Finally, a gilded iron finish or a bronze finish is applied. To call this a "novelty" floor lamp does not do it justice. This is a top quality lamp in every respect. It is heavy, well made, and it looks awesome. Even the packaging it came in was top-notch.
