Nice table. Looks great. Extension mechanism is solid. Leaves have side aprons which completes the look of the table when they are in place but takes up more space when you want to store them. This table is GORGEOUS. I have included photos of my table extended with one leaf. I am able to slide 4 side chairs under the table on each side which allows you to see a lot of the table top and corner legs. The small detail above each table leg where it meets the table top is a nice modern detail, and the grainy-like wood pattern on the table top creates some character. I looked at over 1000 dining room tables and am glad I purchased this one. The gold trim at the bottom of each leg is attractive, and although I don't like decorating with gold, the gold color is subtle enough that it doesn't detract from the room. The table arrived in excellent condition. Place the table top upside down to attach the 4 legs - this is an easy job of one person. Two people will need to lift the table to upright it.
