I love the pillows very much but the delivery was awful. They arrived in a partially open bag, they were not protected what so ever. Not sure if customs did this but it was only a miracle they were not damaged. I layed them in the sun to disinfect because of the exposed travel & handling. There was no protection on my investment.m at all! I splurged on these pillows because the natural fibers, intending to use them for years to come. It saddened my heart so to see them arrive so uncared for. I ordered another set from another company and the arrival method was a night and day comparison.
