Our Gloria collection is made out of 100% cotton textile fabric. The fabric is hand printed using patterned wooden stamps. This art was very common in the 11th century AH, expanded and continued for the long period. The stamps are mostly made of pear wood which has better flexibility and density for carving and long-standing utility. Pre-designed outlines were created on some wooden frames to work as a stamp which eased the process of this art to make symmetrical designs in a much shorter time. These fabrics, based on their design, were applied for covering walls or curtains in luxury celebrations. After finishing printing, they are, in the first stage, steamed for at least an hour to stabilize their designs. Then, taken to the riverbed and kept in some basins to be soaked well, in a great amount of running water. Afterwards, the pieces are piled in some large copper vessels containing stabilizers (liquid) and are boiled. At the same time, they are turned upside-down by some wooden sticks and washed again, then spread on the banks to dry in the final stage.
