The delivery guys dropped this HUGE package off at street level, not dropping it off with their dolly at out front door (we have an elliptical driveway going up slightly to our door, they could have driven up and dropped it off at the door). Instead, they blocked our garage with this massive package and we ended up carrying it up a level ourselves with no dolly. Seriously lazy.
