John Robshaw
Our favorite natural chambray is a perfect canvas for these ornate vines in soft periwinkle and buttery yellows. The chambray delivers charming print quality and extra softness. Hand-quilted and backed by a classic stripe for a fun alternative if you feel like flipping it.
Our best selling Lapis quilt is based on a vintage woodblock we originally used for carpets. The large scale makes printing a challenge, but well worth the effort. Circles of light and dark indigo mesmerize the eye like a hypnotic wheel. The pattern's handcrafted look paired with soft-as-a-cloud cotton voile lends a dreamy quality – a nice complement to the modern design. Easy-to-layer hues complete the look and a pure cotton fill creates a beautiful drape. All quilts are reversible.
Hand printing can create incredibly unique designs. This simple corner block is repeated and transformed into spendid medallions.

John D'Antonio
John D ‘Antonio’s simple, pastoral landscapes are reminiscent of his Wyeth influence. Unlike the Brandywine School of landscape and portrait painters, his high-intensity skies exaggerate color and bring out the deep blue-green tones that can only be seen with certain weather conditions – similar to those of Maxfield Parrish. The combination of these techniques makes his work a rare departure from traditional landscape painting. John D’Antonio captures composition, color, and light to bring out a palette that can only be seen with certain weather conditions or times of day adding to the mystery of his subjects. The combination of these techniques is a rare departure from traditional painting resulting in a truly spectacular departure from the ordinary.
These super fine cotton chambray coverlets are patiently stitched by hand. Crafted in thin layers of cotton chambray and lined with cotton batting, only the super fine fabric brushes against your skin, not the stitches themselves. These coverlets are so light yet so warm - ideal for year-round sleeping.
We fell in love with some exotic palms when we bought them for one of our photoshoots, and we just couldn't let them go, so John and his wife Rachel decided to make them into cyanotypes. They're made with handmade recycled cotton paper with raw edges, so we know you'll fall in love with them too.
Soft and luxurious velvet, hand quilted by Indian artisans in a style known as 'channel quilting' where the quilting runs in parallel lines in one direction. Solid dyed cotton velvet front with cotton sheeting on the back. Be sure to also explore our matching velvet pillows and throws.
Our iconic Cinde print is now an organic sheet set in Indigo. We think of this print as stylized rain, but the workshop dubbed it “duckbills,” which is actually more fun! 200 Thread Count organic cotton percale.
Layers of fig leaves form this elegant print in vibrant peacock hues. Exceptionally soft and smooth.
Our newest linen and cotton duvet is a celebration of spring and color. A wonderful block print in indigo, coral, marigold, and sea glass.
