Reproduced from an early twentieth-century French block printed cotton, this charming chinoiserie design features a fanciful tree of fruit and flowers, accented by a ribboned basket and butterflies. The three vibrant colorations add to the playful quality of the linen print, in garden-inspired shades of greens paired with crisp gray and white, and dazzling clear hues against white or azure backgrounds.

Bonjour! Welcome to France! Jardin is also known as a formal French garden. Beautiful and lovely, this decorative fabric is stylish and chic.
This dramatic fabric features a lively floral vine design that is interpreted in richly textured velvet appliqué and embroidery on linen. The intricate stitching and detail add surface interest to this very modern take on a classic tree-of-life pattern. The colorations include vibrant and multihued bloom, and summer sage, a subtle blend of aqua, celadon, and gold.
This statement upholstery weave updates the classic Italian bargello or flame stitch design with a dramatic large scale and a fresh color palette. The addition of viscose to the soft cotton quality gives it a subtle luster for a polished look. Bargello is the perfect geometric partner for this season’s floral prints when used on upholstered chairs, settees, or decorative pillows.
This graceful chinoiserie print was discovered in a small room in the Noble Hardee Mansion in Savannah, Georgia, which has been described as “the last unrestored grand mansion in Savannah”. The house dates back to 1860, and the aged hand-printed paper is thought to have been installed by a decorator who owned the house in the 1960s or 1970s. The paper has widely been attributed to Scalamandré, and it became a mission of ours to bring it back to life, this time as a cotton chintz print with matching wallpaper. It was photographed in sections on-site, redrawn line for line, and matched for its original color of white and grey leaves against an espresso ground. The grandly scaled, nearly four-foot repeat and classic bamboo foliage speak to its adaptation from antique hand-painted Chinese silk wall panels, interpreted in a loose brushstroke style that is typical of more contemporary handprints. New color additions such as Jade and Ciel add a fresh look to this timeless design.
Derived from the Scalamandré archives, this overscaled print is reproduced in the original scale of the English hand block printed cotton document textile. The full-width pattern features classically inspired country scenes of figures, animals, and birds interspersed among full-blown flower gardens, all crisply printed in vivid hues against white linen. At once romantic and bold, the grand scale of Somerset linen print is balanced by its graceful drawing and clear colorations, making it perfect for draperies in updated traditional interiors.
The word rondure is derived from the French rondeur and refers to objects or patterns that have a graceful curvature. This embroidery is composed of a curving ogee pattern of raised viscose threads that are stitched against fine white linen ground. The versatile medium scale and fresh color palette make this an easy fabric to add to a variety of traditional and modern rooms, like curtains, pillows, and decorative bedding.
Guermantes was named for a bucolic town in the Île-de-France region located in north-central France. Carnations, irises, tulips, daffodils, and tossed bell-like petals are printed on a ground of cotton. Designed by Paule Marrot.
Tropical foliage is trending, but not quite like this! Our innovative verdure is extremely exciting because it is the first outdoor tapestry. It pairs beautifully with El Faro beach, and Arena beach, as well as with Arvada texture (from our Elements V collection).
