I purchased two of these open box gorgeous chairs. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing an open box since it was not returnable but was elated when it arrived in pristine condition. I loved it so much I decided to buy another open box chair and again thrilled when it arrived nearly pristine, with only a very tiny scratch in a inconspicuous area that easily disappeared after applying a furniture scratch pen.
