Well made masculine desk.. very rich looking. Leather handles are a nice addition to the drawers that slide in and out with ease. This desk is beautiful. the working surface is great, and very attractive. The desk is *extremely* sturdy (and heavy). I would recommend having its spot picked out and paying for assembly delivery. Once it is together it is not interested in moving anywhere. (For us - this was the first piece to arrive in a new house/empty room, and it takes two people to budge it).
