I feel bad writing this review and I want to add Perigolds customer service has been and is one of the top customer service centers I have ever dealt with! Unfortunately the rug did not hold up, in the first week it showed signs of pulls all over which should not happen especially with an indooroutdoor rug. I want to say this must have wen a a defective rug and it was replaced immediately! I have owned Dash Albert rugs and still do and they never had any issues. Quality befitting Bunny Williams--a top-10 interior designer (still! coming from a 73-yr old ret. one). I was even fooled thinking the sample was wool. Purchased navy Samson (2) for my kitchen. Pricey but worth it. I have carefully machine washed 2 other Dash & Albert P.E.T rugs over several years and they are looking great--use a commercial model.. Lois.
