This rug pad is ideal for all floor surfaces: Simply place the latex rubber backing side against the floor for hard surfaces and the felt side face down for soft surfaces. It is safe for use with heated floors and is easily trimmed for use with any size rug. It is recommended to cut the pad about 2” smaller on all sides from the rug.
