These match the contemporary gold finish on the rest of the fixture. The thinness of the wires that fasten the discs to the frame and to each other is a sophisticated design detail. This gold semi-flush is convertible to a chandelier when the lower canopy is removed.
Lovely high quality fixture. It is quite heavy and installation was very challenging as we had to blindly line it up with the bolts. After 2 hours of trying to connect it we ended up calling an electrician who spent 90 minutes working on it before he finally figured it out.
