One of Tiffany Studio's most beloved designs, Dragonflies dive and circle with glowing Scarlet jeweled eyes and delicate metal filigreed Emerald wings circle over hand-cut pieces of art glass. Green and Brown leafy rippled glass are featured over a Sunset colored art glass accented with colorful jewel dew drops. The shade was created using the famous Meyda copper foil construction. The matching stained glass table lamp base is decorated with glass jewels and finished in a warm hand-applied Mahogany Bronze. Light up the shade, illuminating the base or light both together.
It is a great piece. I think the light inside the base is a little too dim for the main lights. That could be a place for improvement. Also the glazing between the glass, is messy, and is not completely firm.(detail work) Otherwise, it is a good price for the lamp and the lamp is very well done, in the style of Tiffany.. James.
