House of Hackney
Reminiscent of the lush color and luminous cheerfulness found in Gustav Klimt’s paintings of flower gardens, Hollyhocks was created especially for House of Hackney by American artist Kerry Simmons, based on her work of the same name. Repainted in a rich colorway, the print captures all the pastoral purity and romance of “cottage-core”, while our punk spirit is embedded in the print’s riot of flowers. Each roll sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square meters of forest, thanks to our partnership with the World Land Trust – the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.

This wallpaper is stunning. We did have some rolls that had smearing which is somewhat expected with block printing. Customer service handled it beautifully and provided a refund for those rolls.. Jessica. St Charles, IL. 2023-02-27 17:32:31

Now, in partnership with the British Museum, we've created our own paper garden, filled with Delany's buttercups, daisies, thistles, and foliage, then topped with our characterful additions of bugs and butterflies. Each item sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square meters of forest, thanks to our partnership with the World Land Trust the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.
