Great piece of cookware. Brown meats and deglaze with sautéing your vegetables- great flavor for better meals. It is not cheap, but invest in good cookware! Staub has never disappointed me. This skillet is a bit deeper than others, that I have. Cuts down on the spatter and holds a larger volume of food.
