I love the design of this table and the overall quality is good. The back corner at the top of the table was damaged - cracked and fairly contained in that area. I contacted Perigold online notifying the damage and options and have not received a response. The customer service seems all automated. Since the damage is minor, I decided to keep the table and am happy with it so far.
