Like a stunning clutch purse for an evening gala, the accent chest has sparkly buckle hardware in the center and a dramatic starburst pattern on the drawer fronts in a variety of vivid blue hues. Crafted of walnut and maple veneers, the chest has pewter metal legs and black drawer interiors.

A two-door cabinet that features a thin profile for small spaces. A rectangular top rests over square posts that flank a pair of framed doors. The inside of the cabinet is 23" H and has two adjustable shelves.

This is a quality piece. It came assembled except for the shelves. The product description should reflect that but doesn't. Wood feels solid. The back may possibly be mdf but is a single piece that blends and shows no screws or nails. The blue seems more of an admiral blue-cross between navy and royal-vs. a true navy blue. It was well-packaged so I was surprised there was damage to the back right corner. I suspect this was a quality check issue before packaging as it was so well packed I can't see how it could have happened during shipping. The delivery service was excellent. Perigold customer service was excellent. I was able to reach customer service to determine if there was resolution to the damage or to not accept delivery. I kept the piece because it was going in a space where the damage wouldn't be noticed as long as I put decor to hide it. This combined with the resolution is why I accepted delivery.
