The Comme Des Paniers Pendant was inspired by wicker bags our design team saw in Paris. Panier in French means basket, the name a nod to the basket-weave it took to achieve this cloche-like shade. A detail of note is how the two-tone wicker shade looks as if there is a flame flowing up it. The wrought iron hardware on this basket-weave pendant is in a Khaki finish. My husband and I LOVE it!! Can’t say enough about the design and look. It was wrapped very carefully but unfortunately 1 piece of glass was broken. I have submitted a ticket to hopefully get a replacement piece of the one piece of glass. Initial response to address the issue has been good.
