I loved the picture of this light. Unfortunately, I did not experience it hanging in my dining room as the fixture itself needs to be assembled by a qualified electrician prior to installation and would require a non-standard ceiling medallion (the mount is only about 2 inches wide x 4 feet long). With those added complications and expenses this light was sadly, returned to Perigold. I can say that the materials to be assembled all seemed to be of a nice quality.. Not an electrician.
