The longer the ground coffee is exposed to air, the more flavor is lost, and the rich, full-bodied taste of the coffee cannot be obtained.
I love everything about this grinder, except that there is so much static electricity when pulling out the ground coffee container, the coffee flies all over (container is never past fill line).
