I have submitted a ticket to hopefully get a replacement piece of the one piece of glass. Initial response to address the issue has been good. Absolutely beautiful fixture both when off and when lit up. I paired it with amber bulbs to give it a golden hue but it can work as both silver or gold based on the bulbs.
