I love the design of this desk. It arrived in a huge box right in front of my door. The box was too large to bring in the doorway, so I had to open it up outside. I would recommend paying for the additional delivery and setup due to the extreme packaging. The drawers are quite shallow, and the top seems unfinished. The leather sits lower than the wood. Our Omni dining table is a majestic "statement table" for the dining room. This table is composed of a comforting balance of curves and angles. Its veneered top is inlaid with 12" square veneers of random-matched clustered maple. Perhaps its most interesting shapes are found in the base: a rectangular platform topped with a circular centerpiece from which radiates four graceful "arcs" flowing upward to support the tabletop.
