It doesn’t exactly set straight. And it’s very small-scale, maximum bulb wattage is 40. But it did warm up the dark corner of our eclectic Dining Room. I could see it used as a piano light - off to the side, or maybe as a pair of lamps with a vignette of armchairs and a chess table. It arrived in tip-top shape, packaged well, and easy to set up (no assembly required other than figuring out how to put the lamp shade on. Do handle it delicately.. Tara. Inspired by the Putney lamp, we created a large-scale version. From each direction, its silhouette reveals three stacked rounded forms—a cylinder, a disc, and an elongated tapered coin base. Showcasing angular composition and balance, it has a mid-century feel with an updated take on the style via its cast aluminum. Topped with an off-white linen shade with off-white cotton lining. Clear silver cord and three-way rotary switch. The finish will vary.
