Mid-century inspired with accents of natural rattan cane, this console table features mindi solids and veneers finished in a soft oak stain. It has one storage shelf and two drawers with metal hardware in dark gunmetal.

It was backordered but arrived about 30 days ahead of the projected date. The piece is nice, especially for the price. Drawers slide easily. Ratan and stain look good. There was a little damage during shipping and the shelf arrived nicked but Perigold sent a replacement quickly. Assembly is straightforward but PAY ATTENTION to the stickers on the legs and match with the stickers underneath the table and shelf. Although you would think that everything is the same, there are very subtle differences. The stickers on the legs were applied when the stain was still wet and, as a result, you will get visible lightly-bleached squares after removing. If you pay attention to the instructions from the start, these squares won't be visible after install. Docked one star because of packing/shipping damage and the goofy stickers/assembly nuances.. Nice looking but has two flaws. The marble top is very distinctive and the legs which I thought were black have gold splotches. That’s ok. However, it sways from side to side no matter how much the bolts are tightened. This is not a leveling problem. You can see the sway. There should probably be a brace across the long distance. Also, you can clearly see the bolts from the side which does not give the impression of a quality piece of furniture. I would not have purchased this if I had seen it in a furniture store..
