The Tangiers pendant is awash in ethnic design details. The metal is pierced by hand and plated with copper and nickel finishes before a final coating of lacquer is applied. Small amber beads placed in some of the piercings add a lovely color to the silver pendant as light strikes them.

Southwest inspiration meets unconventional design to create this overtly organic chandelier. A white iron foundation is encased by a matching white wood, carved in a cactus-like arrangement. Each arm has been embellished with clusters of cocoa shells, a detail that further plays up its perennial inspiration. The unique shape slightly conceals six bulbs that brilliantly illuminate a space, while working in tandem with the design to create an even more brilliant shadow play. Though its characteristics favor greenery, it is a perfect addition to coastal settings.

Glass beads have been made for centuries throughout Africa. Using a technique that has been handed down from generation to generation, our makers begin by compressing glass into a dry grain, and heating the grain so that the pieces form together. The recycled glass is rushed into a porcelain cast. The stem of a cassava leaf is used to make the hole. The beads are baked in a furnace causing the glass to melt together and cassava stem to burn, leaving only the grainy textured "sandglass" bead behind. Our makers are members of Ghana's Krobo Tribe in Western Africa. Beads have played an important role in the cultural life of many communities throughout the Continent of Africa, and remain to this day a symbol of wealth and a form of currency.

Inspired by natural materials, this Saxon 3-Light bell pendant blends the rich textures of strung coconut beads with the modern silhouette of an oversized lantern, exuding an exotic, yet cosmopolitan persona. Each bead is naturally finished, individually cut, and hand-strung into knots, recalling an open crochet pattern that allows light to peek slightly from the shade. It’s finished with wide hoop links that are wrapped in smaller coconut shell beads to complement the shade.
We’ve ombre’d lighting in this latest coastal chic chandelier. Wooden beads in various shades of blue drape gracefully in gradient layers, capped with a rattan-wrapped circular frame. This would look serene in a living room or breakfast nook.

The Sabia chandelier was designed by Clarence Mallari to showcase the natural beauty of wood beads. The elemental range of hues that the small orbs exhibit brings a textural complexity to this tan chandelier. The beads grow smaller as they flow toward the bottom of the fixture and the coco cream finish on the metal frame draws out the softer tones in the natural material. The Sabia will bring a bohemian flair to a space.
This dome-shaped pendant derives its name from the Zulu word for the humble rondavel: Kwagogo - "the house of the great-grandparents". The Kwagogo pendant uses natural Imfibinga beads to create its beautiful pattern. Imfibinga seeds (coix lacryma-jobi) also known as Zulu teething beads derive from a tall grain-bearing perennial tropical grass. Not suitable for outdoor use. Due to the use of natural materials.
