Very pretty. Simple, straight forward installation but recommend a second set of hands as it's not easy to hold up while trying to attach the lamp to the base against the ceiling. A couple of the very tiny, clear plastic washers fell off during installation. Took me hours to find them in the carpet. For this price, a couple of spares in the packaging would have been nice. Lovely high quality fixture. It is quite heavy and installation was very challenging as we had to blindly line it up with the bolts. After 2 hours of trying to connect it we ended up calling an electrician who spent 90 minutes working on it before he finally figured it out.
