Gorgeous. Overlapping gilded ribs (shaped like nimbus beams of many 16th-17th euro religious portraits of saints) filter the light upward and outward without glare, giving a gold glow to my entry. Beautiful. Fits my 8’ ceiling perfectly (hard to find that!) because of the long chain that can be shortened or used for much taller or sloping ceilings. I’m really happy with it. Lovely high quality fixture. It is quite heavy and installation was very challenging as we had to blindly line it up with the bolts. After 2 hours of trying to connect it we ended up calling an electrician who spent 90 minutes working on it before he finally figured it out.
