Great product, temperature has some fluctuations but overall holds temperature well and the amount of smoke that it produces is perfect. Used one time to make Baby Back ribs with a recipe found on the Blackstone website, the ribs came out much better than I expected, cooked tender with great medium smoke flavor. Bought this grill in November 2020. Just stopped working Jan 2023. Supposed to be 3 year warranty. Have contacted customer support and they responded with more questions but after 2 returned phone messages and three reply emails they are not responding. So far not impressed with customer service.
